Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • The delivery time will be 3-5 working days. 
  • The parcel will be sent through a registered courier company.
  • Customers are supposed to pay before receiving the parcel due to security concerns.
  • Customers should simply reject the parcel in case it is opened or damaged at the time of delivery.

Return Policy in Case of Damaged Goods 
■ Unfortunately, fragile items are sometimes damaged in shipping.
■ We ask you to report to Customer Service the receipt of a damaged product within 24 hours of delivery and do not discard the damaged item and its packaging. Just take a picture of the damaged product and send it to our official WhatsApp number or through Email. If you fail to report damages in this time frame, we won’t be able to file a claim with the carrier which means we can’t accept responsibility for the damages.
■ If you receive a product that has damaged fabric or a dented shade and report it within 24 hours, we will provide a replacement product or shade at no additional charge.
■ If you wish to return a broken or damaged, the standard return policy will apply.
■ In case you want a refund when we receive the item we will refund you through Jazzcash, Easypaisa, or a Bank account.
■ Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
■ Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
■ Received item will be checked by our warehouse team for any damage.
■ Once approved by the warehouse, you will receive a refund through Jazzcash, Easypaisa, or Bank Account.
■ Exchanges (if applicable).
■ We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our Customer Care Representative.
